Mark and Charlottia Fanning have been in the handcrafted leather business since 1990 and are known throughout the United States and Canada for their high quality leather products. The Cowboy Gear store, owned and operated by Mark and Charlottia, is located southeast of Guthrie, OK across the road from the famous Lazy E Arena.

Every item made in the shop starts with the best quality leather and hardware available in the United States. The process continues with cutting out, sewing, tooling, oiling and finishing, and, finally, adding the silver trim. Each headstall, breast collar, belt, spur strap, halter, and noseband can be as unique as the customer chooses.

Since there are more than 80 concho and buckle choices available, the possibilities are endless. Each piece that we make, from the harness leather headstall to the ostrich belt, is a work of art.
